Stop this pointless act. Again and again, these people have tried to disrupt what is naturally today's virtual society.

I can understand that some people feel strongly about originality and making sure proper credit is given.

But to jeopardize an entire community and countless social networking opportunities, and even JAIL people?
Even those who aren't claiming original works and content as their own? This is blasphemy. If there is a cause for action in the name of the law to protect one's original works, then do so in that situation. Do NOT place the burden on society as a whole. It in fact, will do nothing but cause literal dysfunction in our society, and possibly ruin some peoples lives.

Take, for example, the families that make income based on youtube popularity. Surely they mention or use someone's works (Music, Art, Games, etc). But would you jail them for this, honestly? It's almost Idiocy.
