Over the past month there has been a peaceful group of protesters gathered on Wall Street to demonstrate the amount of Americans that are fed up with a dishonest government. Although the protests have been peaceful, there have been recurring instances of police brutality. This is unconstitutional - a violation of our First Amendment right to peaceful assembly, and should therefore warrant a Supreme Court hearing.
