Stop police officers from killing unarmed citizens and stop citizens from killing police officers.

This issue is very important to address in our nation. It will help save lives to address this topic. This petition calls for anyone deemed guilty of murdering a police officer be charged with treason. This petition also asks for Congress to remove paid leave for any officer that killed a citizen. Also, any officer that kills a citizen will immediately face charges for murder in front a jury. Any police department that has a shoot to kill policy will have all state and federal funding removed from them. Police should always pursue a shoot to wound policy. If a police officer reaches for his or her gun for any situation, they are subject to immediate department review. If a citizen draws a gun on an officer, they are subject to murder charges even if no life has been taken.
