Dear President Obama,
For most of us, companion animals are part of the family,
and we would do anything to protect them. So I’m sure
that you can imagine the feeling of despair that people
have endured who have had their Pets shot by Police
Officers, these pets are often shot in front of their human
families and on their own properties. Why would our
Government allow the willful intent of Lethal Force on
Our Pets in America? Are we so self absorbed with our
lives that we are stripped of some of what makes us human,
our sense of right and wrong, and our ability to show
compassion to those who are less powerful than we are?
I am asking you to help put an end to Police Brutality
against Our Pets. The use of Lethal Force on Our Pets
is unacceptable in the United States of America.
