Police seem to be pulling over customized cars a lot more these days. Police officers just assume that a customized car is going to speed or do an illegal move. This needs to be stopped somehow. I recommend they are given a higher powered partner who has to be a passenger in their car to watch his every move. If the officer pulls somebody over for no reason, he's written up and fined for unjustly pulling a person over.
