Stop police from random license plate checks without probable cause.

We would like to end random plate checks, check points and other police actions that end up turning to harrassment on lower and sub classes of people. A noticible majority of random stops occur against minorities and impoverished people even when they have not done any crime. The use of modern day technology would be much more efficient such as chemical sensors for drugs, gun detection technology and higher education for offices as to mitigate the chances of needless descrimination and what should be taken as illegal searches an seizures. Please Mr. President, consider how many people are caught in the justice system based on a minor traffic offense and lose their jobs as a result, their family is upheaved and other issues arise, all from something that is truly antiquated.
