Due to a lack of a federal budget for the last 4 years, there has been extreme uncertainity in government contracting. To be able to grow the economy and our businesses, create jobs and plan for the future, we need a budget. The White House needs to take leadership and get a budget signed by March 27, 2013, and end the Continuing Resolution instead of playing politics.
