"STOP THE PORK" : Pass a bill to prevent Senators, Representatives, or anyone else from attaching a Pet (Pork) project to a significant bill. This causes important bill to be delayed or not approved at all. When a major bill is purposed, a law should be in place preventing any other bill or "Pet Project," from being attached to it. If someone wants to add another bill, it should go into a pool. At a later time, an equal number of Democrates, Republicans, Liberals, etc., would look at each recommended bill to determine if the proposal is good for the country. If it would be good for the country, they would submit it for a vote of approval by Congress, The President, etc. In these times, maybe present it to the President to sign into law.
