STOP POST FACT O; Unconstitutional By-laws in Michigan Usage of driving record beyond 7 yrs to take away drivers license

Created by B.N. on February 24, 2014

The SOS is using non criminal driving records and any driving record after 7 yrs and also using combination of alcohol related driving offenses to take away freedoms; away from people to survive, by means of drivers license, insurance, est. please retro-action is against the Constitution and It has been used against me as in an administrative usage, no one should have a drivers license taken away due to a past mistake if it has been 7 years. No one should have any new laws affect the appeal processes, no one should have new laws effect any alcohol related driving offense after the date they were accused. I would like to see this amended and changed to not combined alcohol related offenses that took place before the date the law was in effect. such as any prior's before October 1999.
