Stop the "Power Africa Project" and keep the $7 Billion we're sending there to prevent the civilian gov't employee furloughs.
We are sending 7 Billion dollars to Africa even though we are asking our civilian gov't employees to take a 20% pay cut for the next 3 months and that's in conjunction to the past 3 years of pay freezes they've endured.
Let's stop sending money to other countries until we get our own country under control.
