stop the practice of allowing the creation of petitions, encouraging too much cynical silliness and venting by idiots.

This very valid effort on the part of the White House to encourage people to voice concerns and seek remedies for real problems has instead been pirated by a bunch of cynical individuals and radicals, seeking nothing but the opportunity to have wide circulation of their silly ideas. Take the "WE the PEOPLE" feature off of the White House website and force these silly people to go out and get a twitter account.
