STOP the practice of Peonage and Debtors prisons for Non-custodial parents and the use of Contempt of Court.

End the practice of Contempt of Court and imprisoning of Non-Custodial Women and Men without due process of the Law. End the Judicial Murdering of Women and Men who are economically unable to defend themselves in a court system that intimidates & vilifies citizens and strips them of their rights under the U.S. Constitution & Bill of Rights and causes suicides daily.
Everyday people who want to be fairly represented in court to have an opportunity to:
1.Have a clear and equal opportunity to Determination of Paternity utilizing the DNA process which does not inflict persons accused to face unnatural hardship due to inability to pay for the process.
2.Allow a fair and just financial obligation that does not plunge persons into perpetual poverty based on the percentage of wages deducted.
