We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Stop the practice of using credit scores to determine car insurance rates

Created by R.B. on May 09, 2016

The practice of using your credit score to determine how much you pay for car insurance a month is banned in only three states: Massachusetts, Hawaii, and California. Credit can be damaged in a matter of months and take years to repair. No one having a tough time financially should be punished by paying more money to have car insurance.
