Pregnant Foreign mothers are having babies in United States as Tourists!!! to get Instant US CITIZENSHIP for their NEWBORNS.
Since I travel often, I met many people in Asia and also South America coming to US as Tourist to have an American Baby. This will cause a big impact on the economy in the future, is a legal way to give citizenship to their parents when they are 21.
Most of the pregnant women come to the United States legally on tourist or business visas and the State Department says it cannot turn away a woman solely because she is pregnant. However, officials do have the right to turn pregnant women away if they can make the case that the woman is coming for the express purpose of taking advantage of American health care.
