We teach marriage to our children as part of the best foundation and highest aspiration for our Grandchildren. Marruage is terminology for the sacred union of a man and a woman. Gays should have civil unions or some other terminology that will not confuse young people. There are already cases of gay dances on public school campuses.We do not hate Gay people. We accept Gay people if being Gay is the best they can do or even if Gay is their choice but we should not teach Gay behavior. There is a substantial chance that Gay marriage will confuse the children and futher weaken the marriage institution and American families and thus weaken the nation. Gay marriage tells our children that anything goes and there is no need for self discipline. That is not the way to bless the future.
