Stop Private and Corporate Campaign Contributions. Replace with public funding of $50 per citizen.

All private wealth contributions should be outlawed. This is much more fair and easily enforced than something allowing for all kinds of loopholes for donations, but it should of course be replaced by a wholly democratic system in which each citizen may donate $50 or said amount of public money to the candidate(s) of their choice.
