With little public knowledge, Equifax owned "The Work Number" is collecting and selling work history and salary information -- detailed salary information -- about American workers. This is a grave breach of privacy and should be made illegal. We are petitioning to urge the Obama administration to have legislation passed that would make this practice illegal.
