Senior Citizens all over the U.S. are having their Civil Rights violated and their retirement savings and property disposed of by unscrupulous, predatory strangers who usually have a relationship with the Probate Court personnel. When they are appointed as both Guardian of the Person & Estate they are given the legal right to make life and death decisions for the person including where they can live and with whom they can associate including marriage relationships and whether or not they can vote or attend their choice of a worship service. And since they then also have full control of their finances and assets, the Seniors are placed in the same position as legal slaves with no personal or property rights.
