Please stop the process for banning Pitbull or Staffordshire breeds of dogs in Kentucky. Or any other state for that matter. It is not a certain breed that's dangerous, It is how the owner chooses to raise the dog which makes it dangerous. If this ban goes into effect a lot of people are going to loose family members. I say family members because that's what they are. When you raise a pet for 5, 10, & 15+ years they become part of your family. Please reconsider this ban and maybe adding stiffer penalties to owners who mishandle or abuse these beautiful animals. Leash laws proven successful in many states.
