Stop producing pennies and change how sales tax is calculated.

The penny has become an obsolete piece of currency in the US. No product is worth less than five cents in America anymore. It costs more to produce one than it is worth, and the cumulative minutes that people waste fishing pennies out of their pockets when they find out their total at the store after sales tax is enormous. Many countries have stopped producing more pennies and simply began rounding to the nearest 5 on purchases with cash. America can do the same, in fact it has as the US armed forces don't use pennies on bases. By stopping production of pennies we can also use the materials used to make pennies for other products. And for those who think it's an attack against Lincoln, just remember he's on the $5 bill, which is actually useful.
