The U.S. government is learning how to hack video game consoles. The gaming systems are costly and once you've purchased on, it now considered your property. Pictures and videos of minors without the consent of a guardian is illegal. According to the Fourth Amendment of the constitution, U.S. citizens are supposed to be protected from unreasonable search and seizures. Government justifies it as maintaining protection. Also, the Fifth Amendment gives U.S. citizens the right to private property.
