Stop the proposed law for POLICE TO ENTER HOMES without a warrant and shoot breed restricted dogs

Created by A.L. on March 09, 2015

As stated by Counter Current news among other news outlets such as Huffington Post; Mississippi law makers have proposed a law allowing police officers to enter someone's home without warrant and shoot any "pit-bull" dogs on premises under the following factors:

•The dogs are "not under proper restraint when on the premises of its owner."
•They aren't wearing vaccination tags on their necks.
•They are still running around after "attempts to peacefully capture the dog have been made and proven unsuccessful.

The discrimination amongst dogs, instead of those responsible for raising them, must come to an end. Passing this law would violate the fourth amendment, negating protection again unreasonable search and seizure.

Speak up for those animals that do not have a voice, end the violence.
