stop prosecuting Gmail - email service by Google

Created by A.K. on September 27, 2013

I believe that recent allegations against Gmail are completely absurd and the court system should look beyond the law into a reason. Google, the owner of Gmail service clearly described the use of advertisements based on emails that we send or receive. If people do not read the Terms of Use Agreement, why should they be allowed to turn back and sue the provider of the content? The same principle is true with prescription drugs - should you have the rights to sue the manufacturer just because you did not read the directions on the bottle? Why people, like myself who agreed to Google's terms and conditions and enjoy using Gmail have to suffer because of some trigger happy people who want to milk the system and sue anything and anyone when they get Gmail service free of charge?
