stop protecting hate speech.

For far too long have people been abusing the first amendment to spread their messages of hate and propaganda. Everyone should enjoy this freedom, but there should be a limitation on this, in regards to abusing this freedom to propagate hate and lies. There should be an amendment to The First Amendment that should include the following or the equivalent in meaning "...does not extend to propaganda for war; incitement of imminent violence; or advocacy of hatred that is based on race, ethnicity, gender or religion, and that constitutes incitement to cause harm," to borrow from the South African Constitution, where everyone enjoys the freedom of speech, but has a clause that explicitly states that hate speech is not protected by this freedom.
