The purpose of this petition is to advocate for the United States to cease providing foreign aid and capital, except for extreme humanitarian reasons, to the country of Uganda. While Uganda may introduce, consider, debate, pass, implement and enforce a law of their choosing, the United States should not continue to provide funding to this country due to their discriminatory actions.
