The American people should be provided an explanation as to why we are providing almost $12 billion in aid split amongst Isreal, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and Egypt. Iraq and Afghanistan want us out of their countries. They don't want us there, they should get 0$ from the US. Pakistan the country where we found Bin Laden hiding out gets $2.2b this year. We just sent $250m to Egypt. Why does Egypt need $3.1b of our money. We are cutting American jobs and some benefits to those that need it, yet giving our hard earned tax dollars to these countries. Our school systems need help not budget cuts. I petition we halt 100% of our foriegn aid. We can not be the worlds saviour at this time.
