Stop Public Defenders from being PAYED TO LOSE OVER DOING THE JOB RIGHT

In the state of Missouri, All countys force anyone who can not aford an attournie to have one that throughs the case even when and most importantly for the 300.00 to 500.00 per case they recieve on top of tax payer money to lose. When you are charged in Missouri for any crime that you need defence on, it dores not concern the public defender wether you are guilty or not. And infact they will tell you they dont work for you they work for the state. Why are tax payers paying for 10 to 20 hour minimum charge, even if they spend only one minute on a case that only invovles telling you siegn or you will get more time or sit in jail untill you do siegn a plea. I personaly witnessed Jill S. Porter Lie in cort to get 300.00 + her tax pay
