As time goes by children in the inner cities are being declined the nessasary funding to make public school as affective as they should be. These underfunded school are creating undereducated people which effects all of us in the long run because it can determine there life decision. There is a big difference in how suburban America schools are being funded compared to inner cities schools. These school need more after school programs and more a lot athletic programs.
No child should be left behind should also be preached as no school should be left behind
