Stop punishing responsible citizens who choose to use Marijuana as a safer alternative to alcohol.

We need to stop treating recreational and medicinal use of Marijuana in the United States as a crime punishable by jail time. At the minimum it should be handled at the state level.

We could generate well over 14 Billion in tax revenue each year and save billions spent on imprisoning non-violent offenders.
