It is wrong for the Department of Homeland Security to buy bulk amounts of ammunition. They have purchased enough rounds to wage a 24-year Iraqi War. 1.6 billion rounds of ammo seems like an excessive amount to stockpile for homeland defense. This is an on the side attack to throw away our Second Amendment Right. They are limiting our rights as a consumer by controlling the amount of ammo in the commercial market. Are they going to wage war on the citizens of America? Why buy million dollars of bullets when there are larger financial problems in America to put that money towards? They are using OUR taxes to buy this ammo that they refuse to give answers as to what they will use it for. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! THIS IS AMERICA!
