Gun control policies that are being pushed by the Obama administration (as far as gun control) are uneducated, opportunistic, and are in direct violation of the American people's second amendment right and need to stop. we teach kids how to drink responsibly, drive responsibly, eat and exercise responsibly, dealing with mental health issues such as depression and thoughts of suicide and even teach them about the birds and the bee's. We do this to create an informed, healthy, and safe environment for our children and the future. It isn't just about the safety of ourselves, but safety of others. There wouldn't need to be any funding, a representative from a local gun range would volunteer to teach a one week course involving handling and safety.
