Stop putting full Social Security numbers on correspondence from the IRS.

Created by P.K. on November 17, 2012

Example: Notice CP2005 indicating tax liability or lack thereof, indicates a tax payer's full Social Security number, which then goes through the postal service for anyone to intercept.

This reform would protect citizens against identity theft and fraud. It has been enacted on sales receipts and should also include the IRS practices when corresponding to individuals.
