The Department of the Treasury is requiring all benefit recipients to set up direct deposit. A bank account requires, among other things, a valid government ID and for the person to go to a bank branch and either open or update their account. As we all know, this is as burdensome, or more so, then State Voter ID laws, which are obviously racist. Saving money is not an excuse for out-right racism. The President must stop this racist policy from going into effect.
