Since 1985, the Social Security coffers the American people have been putting into for the needy and their own retirement have been raided by our government to pay for other things. Instead of "chained CPI" or other ways to attack Social Security or Medicare, let's stop allowing the government to raid the Social Security funds our money goes into.
