The city of Chicago has a big problem! The city has the highest tax rate within the entire United States. We have three separate taxes for grocery items. Depending on the purchase you are taxed up to 12.25%! The city also has the highest average for gasoline, as well as cigarettes, alcohol, and BOTTLED WATER. It's already tough enough to find decent living in safe areas for our children, with average rent costing 1,200. The city is getting OVERLY expensive! 145 dollars a year for city stickers, average rent costing 1200, and meter parking averaging 4.00 per HOUR! We the people need to petition the Obama Administration to have an intervention re-balance Chicago's budget, and make it affordable for EVERYONE!
