We have noticed that the Senate hasn't passed a budget in over 3 years. Maybe this is because the Senate really doesn't care about keeping one. And why even have a debt "ceiling" if all you're going to do is keep raising it? Why not just come right out and say that you are going to continue to spend money uncontrollably. That would be the truth. We Americans entrust you elected officials with control of our nations finances and you all suck at it! Bottom line - be responsible, make a budget and stick to it! Quit blowing our money on your pork! If it isn't a life or death necessity then please stop spending money on it.
