San Leandro Council voted "yes" to raise the national flag of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on Oct. 1st, when it's the 64 anniversary of this regime. The reason of this decision is to show the openness to the people from PRC, for more and more investment from China come into the USA . However, the history has shown that China has a poor human right record since it was found. So it does not deserve this honor. And raising the flag will make people think USA endorse to the China's dictatorship, hence it not only harms the reputation of our country, but also tears our community apart. Therefore, please sign this petition to stop this unwise and evil behavior! Do not make the same mistake as what we did to the Nazi German before WWII!
