The regulations regarding medical marijuana in States where its legal are confusing, vague or non existent & are in conflict with Federal laws This conflict & confusion has allowed for the random terroristic harassment & incarceration of health practitioners like Dr B & his fiancée by police with an agenda. In many cities where medical marijuana is legal there are health practitioners & growers providing pain relief to suffering Americans openly & legally but under the threat of conflicting laws which open the doors for their loss of freedom and basic human rights.
