Our elected officials ensure they are paid very handsome salaries for what amount of work do they actually accomplish? We have a fiscal budget that is 4 years overdue. Why is Congress still taking all of their excessive breaks when work needs to be finished. If they stuck around and got real work done, all kinds of problems can be avoided like the fiscal cliff etc. You're paid to do a job - now stick around and do it!
