Many people who receive food stamps, will go to the store and pick up ONE grape, have it weighed to figure out how much that ONE grape will cost so that it will reflect a "food" charge on their EBT card, and then will ask for CASH back, to be used on something other than food.
"Food stamps" are just that. Assistance for "FOOD" for those less fortunate. Not to be used to buy their alcohol, tabacco and drugs.
Here is where our administration can start cutting Government spending.
