The act of seizing taxpayers properties to pay taxes is a practice that is enforced in some States regardless of income or the lack of. States seize wages, homes, cars and other properties of individuals who are disabled and have low income. Some taxpayers are living on a fixed income and facing forclosure, while some can barely pay utilities. These same taxpayers are aware of the bonuses of state government officials; some as recent as July 2012; yet properties are seized for tax debts that amount to far less than the bonuses. Please help to aid in the reduction or deletion of these practices. Don't force us to make choices between survival and taxes. We need assurance that we are not working for the sole purpose of paying taxes and bonuses. We have lost so much and have little left.
