Military service members have EARNED the right to exceptional medical care! Being a soldier requires strong mental and physical toughness, ability to leave your life behind for war months and even years at a time, living in extreme conditions, working days without sleep and being paid less than the average American. The only thing that has been consistent was the exceptional health care benefits to compensate for the lack of other luxuries.
However, this is no longer the case. Our benefits are being cut, we are being sent to mediocre care on base and not allowed to go to specialists in town without paying an arm and a leg.
