Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colo., introduced a ban on high-capacity magazines in the House on 1/3/2012, the first day of the new session of Congress. They wait for a tragedy (as the shooting at Sandy Hook) and quickly pounce on the opportunity to capitalize on our emotions. They have around 4 weeks before calmer head prevail and they will lose the opportunity to get this bill passed. Then we realize they are trying to take away our constitutional right. Which is exactly what she and they are doing. We must stop this.
