Stop republicans across the country from rigging the next election (referring to Pennsylvania)

This is a petition asking the President of the United States, to stop republican lawmakers from rigging the 2016 election. In the state of Pennsylvania, Republicans have recently started gathering signatures to change state election laws. They are changing these laws to: the winner of the states' electoral votes will be awarded as to who has the most votes in a particular district. Therefore, with gerrymandering, this can cause often "blue" states to not turn out to give their votes to the Democratic candidate.
