Stop requiring pay for schools other than college, and grades under the last grade before they graduate.

From grades 1 to whatever the graduation grade is, depending on the state, we need to get supplies on our own, such as PE clothing and locker locks, or our own binders and pencils. I understand that the schools can't provide for everybody, but if the families can afford it, they will, but if they can't, the school still requires those supplies, and they actually bring grades down, then it's hardly possible at all to get any scholarships to go to college, and that just doesn't seem fair to kids that go to schools that require the kids to pay for everything themselves, regardless of their financial situation.
