Stop rescuing other countries

I am asking that before we save other countries we need to save our own. We can teach other countries how to be successful without giving them a lot of money. The other countries that start wars against us should clean up their own messes and not depend on us. it is like " YOU STARTED IT SO YOU CLEAN UP" We need to start making some of these countries come good on the IOUs they owe us. When are we going to come first before countries that want to physically disagree. Eventually we will know who are our friends and who are our true enemies.
