Currently shelters across the country are over flowing with loving animals in desperate need of adoption. There is no need for any cat or dog to be bred until all shelters are empty. This will also go along way toward stopping puppy mills from continuing and help end dogs being bred to fight and being abused.
The continued breeding of cats and dogs needlessly is just another example of mans cruelty to anything he has power over.
