Stop revoking security clearances due to unforeseen job loss resulting in financial hardship.

Due to sequestration, poor economy, and non-renewal or new awards of defense contracts, contractors are losing jobs. Job loss results in financial burdens that may result in security clearance revocation. If a person loses their job through no fault of their own, and suffers financial hardship as a result, revoking their security clearance only exacerbates their situation. Common sense should prevail here. No job = no income = no ability to pay bills. If said person's only issue is financial due to job loss, there should be no impact to a person who has otherwise been worthy of a security clearance.
