History has shown the Do-Not-Call list has little effect. However to circumvent the law, companies and groups are using robo-callers and also Spoofing the number so that the caller id feature has no value. This leads to harassment of individuals and companies that depend on valid calls to communicate and do business. Law breakers should be fined $1 million dollars and 10 years in jail.
