Stop the Exxon Mobile , Rosneft joint Artic drilling venture to punish Russia for moving into Crimea, this would hurt them financially and show them that real sanctions can be applied to punish them for their actions in the Ukraine . All large American business deals with Russia should at least be put on hold until they leave Crimea.
